ORDER PROCESSING

 

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days via ground.  Upon shipment, a notification email will be sent to the email address you provided along with the tracking number.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently only ship with the United States and do not offer any international shipping.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track the status of your order by logging into your account on our homepage.  If you did not create an account and have a question about your order, please contact us using the contact form at the bottom of our homepage, or by sending an email to orders@basikcandle.com.  Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PACKAGED?

Each candle is packaged in a gift box, and your entire order will be carefully packed and wrapped with butcher paper.  We package our shipments with the assumption that it will be a gift, so no matter who the recipient, they will be pleased.  No ugly packing peanuts or bubble wrap here.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS A GIFT?

Each order will be packaged as a gift, and we do not include an invoice, only a packing slip which does not include the price.  If your order is a gift and you would like to include a gift card, please leave the comments in the instructions section of the shopping cart.
